Refund policy

At Supplamize, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of our food-scientist–formulated blends. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive a product that meets the highest standards.

Because our products are consumables and often customised to your selections, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. This ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of all products supplied to our customers.

Custom Orders & Market Purchases

For orders placed at markets or in person:

After purchase, you will receive your personalised blend recommendations via email. Your order will only be prepared once you have reviewed and confirmed your selected actives.

  • Before confirmation:
    Cancellation or change requests must be made as soon as possible and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
    Where a cancellation is approved, and a promotional sample pack has already been provided, the value of the sample pack will be deducted from the refund.
  • After confirmation:
    Once you have confirmed your blend and preparation has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

Promotional Items (Sample Packs)

From time to time, we may include complimentary sample packs as part of a promotion (for example, with full-size blend purchases at markets).

If an order is cancelled after a promotional sample pack has been provided, the value of the sample pack will be deducted from any approved refund.

As our products are consumable, sample packs are not able to be returned.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item in your order
  • Your order arrived damaged during transit
  • The product packaging or safety seal is broken or compromised on arrival
  • There is a fault, error, or quality concern with the product

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue.

Contact us at info@supplamize.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos where possible

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Outcomes

If your claim is approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered for:
    • Change of mind after order confirmation
    • Personal taste preference
    • Lack of perceived results
  • Products must not be used or tampered with when submitting a claim relating to damage, incorrect items, or compromised packaging.
  • We reserve the right to assess all claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes for both our customers and our business.
