At Supplamize, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All Supplamize blends are made to order.

Online orders:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. -
Custom orders (including market purchases):
After purchase, you will receive your personalised blend recommendations via email. Your order will only be prepared and dispatched once you have reviewed and confirmed your selected actives.
Processing timeframes begin after confirmation and are typically 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We ship both within Australia and internationally.

Australian Orders:
Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer. -
International Orders:
Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or extreme weather events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order. Supplamize cannot take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@supplamize.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details.
Damaged or faulty items will be handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Authority to Leave
Some couriers may offer “authority to leave” at your address. By selecting this option, you accept responsibility for the package once it has been delivered. Supplamize is not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed.
