How it works

Choose your blend and order your kit. Before we begin, you’ll receive a short welcome questionnaire so you can record your starting point and what you’d like to focus on.

Throughout the eight weeks, use your blend according to its directions, follow your guide and look out for your weekly emails. We’ll check in midway and at the end to reflect on your routine and how you’re feeling.

Orders close at 5pm Wednesday 14 October 2026.
We begin Saturday 17 October and finish Friday 11 December.

Receiving your kit

Choose your preferred option above when ordering:

• Gym pickup: Thursday 15 October, 5–5:30pm
• Gym pickup: Friday 16 October, 8–9am
• Free postage: Sent to your delivery address

If you’re collecting your kit and checkout asks for a delivery address, simply enter your usual address—I’ll arrange gym pickup according to your selection.

Postal delivery times vary. If you need your kit to arrive before our Saturday 17 October start, please contact me before ordering.
